How to log in and use the Telemed mini application.

You will then be redirected to create a new patient appointment link, Figure 2.
Enter the required date and time and click Generate.
This will create the links for the telemedicine session to be sent to your patient.

You cannot create appointments further than 1 month in the future.

You will now see the appointment time and the link to the telemed session for that time.

You can copy and paste simply by clicking on the right icon.
We suggest creating an Event in your Outlook or other calendar for the appropriate time and inserting the links, then this event can be sent to your patient.

You can join the call 5 minutes early.

Typically, a telemedicine session is designed to last 30 minutes and allow 2 participants only.

During a prolonged call, the telemedicine session will continue to work without interruption.

If the call is scheduled for 10:30 and nobody joins the call, then the links will expire.

If the call is scheduled for 10:30 and you join at 10:59, the call will remain valid.

The appointment link can be used more than once in case of internet connectivity problems.

The link is valid for 30 minutes from the official appointment time; after that, the link will expire and will not work anymore.

Unused links will expire 30 minutes after the appointment time.
