Using AOS Telemed application
You have received an AOS Telemed invitation link (via email or sms).
The invitation link will look like

Access the telemedicine video call room by clicking on the invitation link.
The AOS Telemed will open
The first time you use the application, you will be asked to type your name.
Please type your full name and press Continue.
The browser might ask to allow access to the webcam, microphone and speakers
The device should pick up the default settings; if not, you can adjust them on the pre-join screen.
Once ready, press Join.
The screen will connect to the video call room.
Once both the participants are connected the telemedicine session can start.
End the call
The user can press the button Leave to end the call.
The browser window can be closed now.
In case of a connectivity issue
Please leave an already started telemedicine call.
Change device or connect to a different WIFI.
Reuse the invitation link to reconnect.
The Telemedicine call shows an error message
If you connect too early to the appointment, you will be displayed the following message
