Video Error using a Google Pixel 4
What action to take if you have an issue reviewing a video that was captured on a Google Pixel 4 device using the AOS Vision patient app.
Patient App
When a patient has problems reviewing a video within the AOS app, select the devices 'Settings'.
Click 'Advanced' and then un-check 'Store videos efficiently', Figure 1.
Repeat the process of capturing a video within the AOS Vision app and continue as usual.

The video preview will now work and can be transferred to the AOS web app for review.
The high efficiency storage mode for videos is not supported by the video playback controls used in the AOS app or web app.
