How to activate and use the AOS Vision App - Patient Guide.

AOS Vision App First-time Users 

All new patients, when added to the AOS system, will receive an automated email/text message.

  1. Click the 'Apple Store' or 'Google Play' link, whichever one is applicable to your device. 

  2. Then, download and open the AOS Vision app directly from this link.

  3. Enter the activation code that was in the welcome email, followed by the 'PIN', Figure 1, 2.

  4. Next, click 'START'

  1. Click the 'plus' button, figure 4, and then select one of the following options: 'Camera', 'Photo Library', 'Video', Figure 3. 

  2. Using the selected platform take a photo/video. 

  3. Upon completion, select the intended image/video(s), and click 'Transfer', Figure 4. 

The time it takes to transfer will vary based on the number and size of the image/video(s)

4. Once the image/video(s) have successfully been transferred, click 'BACK TO HOME', Figure 4. This will take you back to the app home screen.

AOS Vision App Existing Users

  1. Enter the PIN to log in to the app, which is below the activation code in the automated welcome email, Figure 8.

2.Once logged follow 'AOS Vision App First-time Users' steps 4 - 8.
